Through the community users can communicate with each other and collaboratively support each other and feedback to us what’s great and what we can improve. With an ever present Time4Advice team on hand in the community we help to make sure your questions are answered and your feedback valued.

The forums are a great source of help, along with the knowledge base we hope you are able to find the answer to your question without ever needing to contact us. However we know that sometimes, things just go wrong or you really just want to speak to a person, in this case head across to the support form, fill in a quick couple of details and one of our team will call you back.

All feedback is valuable and although the community provides many channels to feedback, we wanted to ensure that every client and every user has a voice and the ability to feedback to us quickly and efficiently. We have created a Knowledge Base specifically for our products.
It’s simple to navigate and designed to provide a self-service training faction complementing our conventional training products. The knowledge base contains step-by-step guides to daily tasks, video tutorials provided in an easy to follow format, advanced functions and product specific feature information.
Providing a wealth of information and hours of experience, the knowledge base should be the first place you want to go for those “How do I” questions. With ability to vote and share articles, the knowledge base also provides the perfect platform to share what you find with your working team and other users. If however you do come up short, we have included a suggest an article feature, allowing you to tell us what you want to see in the knowledge base.
